Nanbu Ikoi no Ie (南部憩いの家) is a small city-run bath in Iwaki, next to the Nanbu waste incineration center. The water is heated with the heat the incinerator gives off. There are two bath rooms, and bathers bring their own soap, shampoo and towel. Afterward there are tatami rooms to rest in, and reviews mention a kotatsu and a TV. It is a plain local bath, run by the city for the neighborhood.
