YesFrom April to September it's open 12:00 to 21:00; October to March, 13:00 to 21:00. Last entry is 30 minutes before closing, at 20:30.
A private family bath can be reserved for an extra 1,000 yen for 50 minutes on top of the regular admission. Elderly residents registered in Rebun town pay a reduced 300 yen.

This is the town-run day-use bath by the Kafuka ferry terminal on Rebun Island, off Hokkaido's northern coast. The water is clear and gentle on the skin. The indoor bathing area has separate hotter and cooler tubs, a jacuzzi, a cold plunge, and a sauna, and the small open-air bath looks out toward Mt. Rishiri on a clear day. A reservable family bath is available on top of the regular admission. There's no restaurant, but you're welcome to bring your own food into the rest area, handy between ferry crossings.
