Pension Full House is a small family-run lodge in the Norikura Kogen forest, seven rooms built around a single indoor bath. Big windows and a skylight keep the bathroom bright through the day, and it's booked out privately, kashikiri (貸切) style, so groups, couples or families get it to themselves rather than sharing a schedule with other guests. The water comes from Suzuran Onsen (すずらん温泉), an iron-bearing spring that surfaced locally in 2001 and is separate from the milky sulfur baths more commonly linked to Norikura. It usually runs clear but can turn a soft reddish-brown depending on the day, and the owners recommend a morning soak in particular. There's a playroom with toys for kids, and guests bring their own towels since none are rented on site.
