About
The bath is a milky white, silky sulfur spring pumped straight from the source, unheated and undiluted. It fills two small indoor tubs in the guesthouse's older wooden wing, and works on a private, turn-based system: a sign on the door shows when a tub is free, so most guests end up with it to themselves. Rooms range from plain tatami singles to a twin-bed western room, gathered around a shared lounge with free drinks where guests tend to chat. It's a common stopover for people climbing Mount Norikura, and stays are self-catering, with no meals served on site.
