A small hotel built right onto a ski slope in the mountains of Higashinaruse. The bath has big windows and a high ceiling, and the slope fills the view. The water is faintly sulfurous and slick, the kind that leaves skin feeling smooth. Besides the main bath there are a sauna and a cold plunge. Day visitors can come in for a soak (higaeri nyuyoku, 日帰り入浴). The building shows its age, but reviewers keep coming back for the water.
