Sugo Onsen Seizanso

Seizanso is a small ryokan at Sugo Onsen with separate indoor and outdoor baths for men and women, in an older building. The water runs a pale, faintly green milky color with a mineral smell some visitors compare to oil, and it comes straight from the source rather than being recirculated, kept flowing fresh (kakenagashi); it's soft enough to drink too. Day-trippers stop in alongside overnight guests, and visitors describe the innkeeper as warm and easygoing.
