YesIn summer, from July 18 to August 23, day-use hours shorten to 11:00-19:00, with last entry at 18:30. The rest of the year it runs 11:00-22:00, with last entry at 21:30. There's no fixed closing day, but entry may end early when it's busy.
Day-use entry is 490 yen for adults, 150 yen for children (6 to 11), and 80 yen for preschoolers under 6. An 11-visit discount ticket book is also sold, for 4,900 yen.

Yumoto Hotel Sansui sits on the shore of Lake Abashiri in Memanbetsu, eastern Hokkaido, its baths fed by a spring locals call bihada no yu (美肌の湯), skin-beautifying water, for the silky, faintly slick feel it leaves on the skin. The indoor bath is a bright, open hall kept flowing with fresh source water, and outside there are two separate rotenburo styles, one built in traditional azumaya-zukuri (あずま家造り) wood construction and one paved with Kitami teppan stone (北見鉄平石) quarried in eastern Hokkaido. There's also an infrared sauna with a warm wood scent, a cold plunge, and an electric bath. Day-use bathing comes in through its own entrance, separate from the hotel lobby, though the outdoor baths and sauna close in the morning, when only overnight guests can use the indoor bath.
