YesThe inn does not publish day-use hours. The inn sometimes turns away day bathers when it's busy, especially on weekends, so it's worth calling ahead.
Day-use bathing costs 700 yen for adults and 400 yen for children (age 1 through 6th grade of elementary school).

Amakusa Nagisa-tei is a small ryokan built right at the water's edge on the Matsushima coast of Kamiamakusa. Its shared indoor bath, separate for men and women, is filled with clear onsen water, and it takes day-use bathers alongside overnight guests. The upper room categories, hanare (離れ) cottages and the newer bettei (別邸) annex opened in 2024, each come with their own attached onsen bath, several of them open-air and facing straight out to sea. Every room here has an ocean view, and the inn is best known for letting guests fish right off their room deck or the pier out front, then having the catch cooked up for dinner. Reviewers often mention finless porpoises passing close to the rooms after dark.
