A weakly radioactive spring in Saga at Kumanokawa Onsen. Alkaline at pH 9.29 with a noticeably slippery feel, sitting in Japan's beauty-water family. It emerges at around 30 degrees Celsius as a low-temperature source and is valued in the local radon-spring tradition.

454. Motoyu Kumanokawa Bath, Saga ★ Onsen for ¥700. Hours are listed as 09:00 to 20:30 (except Tue and Fri). They stamp the Kyushu 88 Onsen stamp rally. Inside there are three baths. Through the glass, there is a view of the forest and the river. The water in all the baths is clear. As for temperature: the small bath on the left is hot, 39-40, the middle one is about 36-37, and the bubbly one on the right is about 35. It is easy to breathe inside.
