Kaigarabushi no Sato RYOFUAN

This ryokan sits at Hamamura Onsen on Tottori's San'in coast. Its two main baths, each with an attached open-air section, are named Hoshi no Yu (星の湯) and Tsuki no Yu (月の湯), star bath and moon bath, for bathing under the night sky; trees screen the open-air side, giving it a secluded feel. The spring water runs faintly salty. Two private baths can also be used by just your own group, no booking needed, whenever they are free: a rock bath called Oshidori no Yu (おしどりの湯), and a large tub built from an old sake brewing cauldron. In summer, a covered outdoor pool opens for guests.
