YesClosed the 4th Monday of each month (the next day if it is a public holiday). Last entry 19:30. The sauna is open 13:00 to 20:00 only.
Adults (junior high and up) 500 yen, elementary school children 200 yen, tax included. An 11-ticket book for adults is 5,000 yen.

Kawanishimachi Yokuyoku Center Madoka (川西町浴浴センターまどか) is a hot-spring lodging in Kawanishi, Yamagata. The baths run on the inn's own spring water, and men and women have separate large indoor baths, each with a stone sauna inside. Day visitors (higaeri nyuyoku, 日帰り入浴) are welcome, and shampoo and body soap are provided. There is a restaurant that serves lunch, so many people pair a soak with a meal. Overnight guests also have the baths early in the morning and in the evening after day use ends.
