This hotel sits partway up Mt. Tsukuba, with bathing spread across three floors: ground-floor and second-floor indoor baths each paired with their own open-air bath, plus a rooftop infinity-edge rotenburo reserved for overnight guests. All of the baths run on a men's and women's swap system. The spring is an alkaline simple spring known for being kind to the skin. On a clear day the rooftop view opens across the Kanto plain toward Mt. Fuji and Tokyo Skytree. A few rooms come with their own view bath, and in the Japanese-style room with a private open-air tub, guests are asked to use the shared baths for washing. The hotel welcomes families with young children.
