About

Yunodai Onsen Chokaisanso has an indoor bath and an open-air bath, plus a family bath (kashikiri, 貸切) that is booked by the hour. From the open-air bath you can look out over the Shonai plain, the Sea of Japan, Awashima island and Mt. Gassan. The open-air bath is shut in winter, roughly from early January to early April, so the indoor bath is what you get then. It is an inn with Western and Japanese-style rooms, and also takes day visitors (higaeri nyuyoku, 日帰り入浴). There is a restaurant on site and a paid rest room for day guests to use after bathing. Shampoo and body soap are provided at the baths.
