Ashiyu Cafe Casval

A small cafe in Tsuchiyu Onsen where you sit at a counter with your feet in a footbath fed by flowing hot spring water (kakenagashi, 源泉かけ流し) while you eat. The menu is Tsuchiyu curry, souffle pancakes, coffee and light snacks. There are no bath rooms, just the footbath seats, so it works as a stop between walks around the town. Children are welcome, and there is a small car park opposite Yamane Aizuya.
