Day Use
YesLast entry is 20:30 for the main bath and 19:30 for the private baths. Closed Tuesdays. Bathing is closed while the building is in use as a designated evacuation shelter.
Adults 500 yen, children 250 yen. A private bath is 1,500 yen per group for 50 minutes (about 3 people), added to the admission fee. Soap and shampoo are not provided but can be bought.

Nakanoyu is a public bath run by Fukushima City in the Tsuchiyu Onsen town. The main bath has an indoor tub and an open-air bath, there are private baths you can book by the group, and a free foot bath sits beside the building. The water is clear and soft on the skin, and runs fairly hot, with only a faint sulfur smell. The building is new and clean, with a rest room and a car park. It is run like a sento, so soap and shampoo are not provided, though you can buy them on site.
