Oedo Onsen Monogatari Premium Yamashitaya is a large hot-spring hotel in Yamashiro Onsen, Ishikawa, part of the Oedo Onsen Monogatari group. The 13th-floor rooftop open-air bath looks out over the town, with the Hokuriku Shinkansen visible passing below, and there is a large indoor bath on the 4th floor as well. Day-use visitors bathe in the 4th-floor bath only; the rooftop bath is kept for overnight guests. Recent renovations have kept the rooms and public areas fresh, and the evening spread leans heavily on crab and other seafood.
