Masago Onsen in Masagocho, Kagoshima City, is a natural onsen with a sodium chloride spring drawn from 700 meters underground. The water is abundant, clear, and slightly hot. Facilities include a sauna, cold bath, waterfall bath (utase), electric bath, jet bath, and well-maintained faucets and showers. The relaxation bath with bubbles on the back and feet is popular. There is parking for 25 cars and it is located just by the Masago Chuo bus stop.
