About
Yasugi-en is a modest, unpretentious hot-spring ryokan right across from the Adachi Museum of Art, so a lot of guests pair a night here with a walk through the museum's garden next door. The large indoor bath runs on genuine hot-spring water and stays open to guests any time, and there is also a private open-air bath that is free for overnight guests. Day visitors can drop in for a soak too. Rooms are plain tatami with futon bedding, the feel is old-fashioned and unpolished rather than fancy, and breakfast in particular gets warm marks.
