Price is for the day-use outer bath, Suizan no Yu. A 10-visit ticket book is 12,000 yen, and the family bath adds a 2,000 yen per hour private-use charge on top of the bathing fee. Sansuien overnight guests bathe free.

Suizan no Yu is the day-use outer bath of Sansuien, a garden ryokan on a wooded hillside above Yuda Onsen. The water is an alkaline, faintly sulfurous spring, smooth on the skin, and runs through both an indoor bath and a rotenburo set among trees. The men's and women's sides each have an infrared sauna and a cold bath, and the women's side adds an utaseyu waterfall bath known as the angel ring. There is a drinking fountain of the same spring water in the lobby, two private family baths, and a garden restaurant that serves lunch to day-use bathers as well as overnight guests.
