Kitsuneuchi Hot Spring

Kitsuneuchi Onsen has indoor baths, an open-air bath, a sauna with a cold plunge, and a dining space on site. Visitors describe the water as soft and slippery on the skin, and the open-air bath can be nearly empty on a weekday. It sits beside a sports field and park grounds and feels like a public facility, so expect no amenities beyond the basics. It is well away from the station, so most people come by car or bicycle, and many of the bathers are locals.
