The bath at Ishizuchi Kyoya Kanko Ryokan (石鎚京屋観光旅館, Ishizuchi Kyoya Kanko Ryokan) sits at the base of Mt. Ishizuchi in Ehime and is one of the few milky-white springs in all of Shikoku. The water leaves a silky feel on the skin, with cream-colored sediment visible on the tub floor. There is one shared indoor bath, fitted with jets, in an old facility that has been receiving mountain hikers for generations. Tattoos are welcome.
