Day-use admission is 950 yen on weekdays and 1,100 yen on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays for adults (junior-high age and up), 550/650 yen for elementary-school children, and 350/450 yen for preschoolers. Guests who are only eating at the restaurant aren't charged admission. An 11-visit ticket book costs 10,000 yen. Towels and loungewear can be rented (300 to 550 yen) or bought outright. Bathing reception closes at 22:00, an hour before the facility itself closes.

Steam SaunaKotohiki-Kairo is a big day-use bath and sauna complex on Ariake Beach in Kanonji. The spring here has been certified under Japan's hot-spring law as a therapeutic water, and locally it's nicknamed bijin no shiage-yu (美人の仕上げ湯, roughly a "beautifying finishing bath") for how smooth it leaves the skin and how long it keeps you warm after you get out. Hot bathing runs to five styles: an open-air bath, an indoor bath faced in black granite that looks out over the sea, a reclining bath with massaging jets, a bath drawn from seawater filtered through the beach out front, and a medicated bath with rice bran and olive oil. It calls itself a sauna theme park, and backs that up with eleven named saunas, among them a tatami-floored steam room modeled on a Japanese steam-bath tradition called mushiburo (蒸し風呂), said to be over 1,200 years old, plus several Nordic-style tent saunas. Seven cold plunges round it out, including a chilled seawater bath and tubs made from a sake barrel and a soy-sauce barrel. Baths and saunas split into two zones that swap between the men's and women's sides on alternating days rather than mixing. There's a shared tatami rest area, and the restaurant is open to non-bathers too.
