YesDay-use bathing is walk-in only, with no advance reservations, and the hotel may turn day visitors away on busy days.
Entry is capped at 120 minutes from arrival, and the fee includes a face towel and a bath towel. Residents of Nishiizu or Matsuzaki get a discounted local rate on showing photo ID.

The large bathhouse looks out over Dogashima through glass, and from it you can step into an ocean-front open-air bath where the only sounds are waves and birdsong while the light over the water shifts through the evening. There's also a dry sauna and a jet bath. Every guest room faces the sea, with views toward Sanshiro-jima, and in the cooler months some rooms catch the sunset over the water. The hotel sits on a rise near Dogashima's tombolo, with a beach just below. The sea-view dining room opens its breakfast buffet to day visitors too, though dinner is for overnight guests only.
