Day-use bathing is 700 yen for adults and 350 yen for children aged 3 and up. The private family baths can also be booked by day visitors for a 50-minute slot at 2,000 yen per bath plus the per-person bathing fee, reservation required.

This is a big family-oriented resort hotel rather than a quiet ryokan: a large bathing hall with both an open-air rotenburo and an indoor bath, a sauna, and three private family baths that can also be booked by day visitors. Separate viewing baths on higher floors look out toward the Aso peaks (Nekodake, Godake and the surrounding caldera rim) when the weather cooperates. The water comes from a named hot spring source and is plain, natural onsen water rather than anything dosed up for effect. Alongside the baths there's an indoor pool, buffet restaurants and a kids' play area, so it reads more as a resort with good baths than a bath-first inn.
