Yumeoi-so is a hot spring inn in Uchinomaki, one of the onsen towns around Mount Aso. The men's bath is open-air and the women's is semi-open-air, with an indoor bath added in 2022 rounding out the shared bathing. Beyond those, fifteen private family baths are used first-come with no time limit, open to day-use visitors too. A few room types come with their own open-air bath, some looking out toward the Aso Gogaku peaks. There's also a foot bath in the garden, a good stop between baths as the light changes over the grounds.
