A ryokan in Tendo Onsen where the open-air baths have no roof over them, which the inn says is the only such bath in town. The men's bath is called Hyottoko (ひょっとこ) and the women's Okame (おかめ). There is also a large indoor bath, Sato-no-yu (里の湯), with the same soft water, a renewed private bath, a foot bath called Ten-no-yu (天の湯) and a spot to drink the spring water. Bathing is for overnight guests only; day-use visits have not been accepted since 2020.
