Day Use
YesDay bathing is only for the Panorama Grand Bath, with last entry at 21:00. It isn't offered to beach swimmers, and it may be closed on some Saturdays and during peak periods: mid-July through the end of August, Golden Week, Obon and New Year.
Day bathing is 1,200 yen for adults, 600 yen for children, and free for infants. Towels aren't included: bring your own or buy one at the front desk for 100 yen.

Resort Hotel Mihagi sits right on Kikugahama beach in Hagi, with its own hot-spring source, the Hagi Shizuki onsen (萩指月温泉), drawn from 1,500 meters underground. Two open-air baths, one Japanese-style and one Western-style, look straight out over the Sea of Japan, and the large indoor bathhouse adds a reclining jet bath, a waterfall-style utaseyu (打たせ湯), a bubble bath and body-shower stations. There's also a sauna, a private reservable bath added in 2021, and a foot bath facing the water. Reviews describe a calm hotel near Hagi's old castle grounds that works well for families, with a kids' room and staff often praised for friendly, attentive service.
