Yunode

Yunode is a small ryokan in Yuwaku onsen, on the edge of Kanazawa. The communal bath, split between men and women on an alternating schedule, includes a hinoki-wood bath that carries the scent of the forest, and Nemu no Yu is an open-air bath. Several room types come with their own private open-air onsen bath, so guests staying in those rooms can soak whenever they like. The water runs clear and lightly salty, gentle on the skin. Reviews describe the inn as calm and understated, closer to a quiet teahouse than a big hotel.
