Hotel Shunkeiya is a traditional ryokan in the Takeo onsen town, with separate indoor and open-air baths for men and women. The open-air bath on the top floor looks out over the town, a view the inn says no other ryokan in Takeo has. The onsen water is kept flowing fresh, and several guests describe it as smooth and faintly slick on the skin. There is also a jacuzzi bath, and day-use bathing is available with an advance phone booking.
