Ritz Nikko An almost perfect hotel with a ryokan-like feel... very beautiful inside and out, the mattress is extremely comfortable, the food is delicious, and the "egg-like" kakenagashi onsen.. everything seems perfect, but the kakenagashi is only in name, and in reality 50% of the water is tap water with quite a lot of chlorine.... maybe guests complained about the smell in the hotel, after sulfur your skin smells like eggs for a few days, so they probably reduced it... and now your skin smells like chlorine💔❤️🩹 Mizuburo, sauna, rotenburo, and an indoor bath. It is quite dark inside, especially in the evening it is almost pitch-black. In the room, there is a bath with a view of the lake, but it uses tap water. As a hotel, I highly recommend it, but as an onsen, it is sad to lie in chlorine for that kind of money..
