Livemax Resort Aki Miyajima

This resort hotel draws on its own hot spring source, a rarity on Miyajima, for both an indoor bath and an open-air bath looking out toward Itsukushima Shrine's great torii gate. There is also a sauna with self-service rouryu steam and a cold bath, plus private kashikiri baths open to day visitors as well as overnight guests. Some room types come with their own open-air or half-open-air bath, though not all of them, so it is worth checking the room plan before booking. A restaurant on site serves day-use bathers too.
