YesThe sauna in the indoor baths only runs from 13:00 to 24:00, not during the 5:00 to 9:00 morning session. The private open-air bath takes bookings in three separate windows through the day and can be cancelled at short notice in bad weather.

Aki Grand Hotel stands on the Seto Inland Sea coast at Miyahama Onsen (宮浜温泉), looking straight across the water at Miyajima and the floating torii of Itsukushima Shrine. The spring water is clear, odorless and smooth on the skin. Two indoor communal baths, Miyabi and Raku, each have their own sauna and swap between men and women morning and evening. Two reservable private open-air baths, named for Miyajima's Mt. Misen and Momijidani valley, look straight out over the strait; day visitors can book one too, though soap and shampoo aren't allowed there. The lobby holds a model of Itsukushima Shrine and live piano in the evenings, and the hotel runs its own night cruise out to the torii.
