Kotohira Kadan

This is a sizeable ryokan spread across several buildings near Kompira Shrine, and some of its guest rooms have private open-air baths fed by the local spring water. The public bath, Kissho-no-yu (吉祥の湯), pairs an open-air tub with an indoor one looking out over the Sanuki plain, and there are two more open-air baths guests can reserve for a private soak. A foot bath on the grounds is set up for gazing at the moon in the night sky.
